GhostOps is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our clients' data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.
1 Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information in connection with providing our services:
- Contact and account information (name, email address, phone number, business name)
- Billing and payment information processed through our payment provider (Stripe). GhostOps does not store raw payment card data.
- System access credentials and configuration details provided by you to enable service delivery
- Business operational data that passes through connected systems (CRMs, databases, APIs, workflows) during the course of service delivery
- Usage data and system logs generated during service operation
GhostOps may incidentally access personally identifiable information (PII), financial data, or other sensitive data contained within client systems as a byproduct of providing services. We treat all such data as strictly confidential.
2 How We Use Your Information
GhostOps uses information solely for the following purposes:
- Delivering, maintaining, and improving the services you have purchased
- Communicating with you regarding your account or services
- Billing and payment processing
- Compliance with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes, and we never will.
3 Data Retention & Purge
GhostOps retains client data only for as long as operationally necessary to provide services. We do not permanently archive client business data.
Upon termination of services, or upon your written request at any time, GhostOps will purge all client data and system logs from our systems within a commercially reasonable timeframe. This includes any logs, records, or copies of data that passed through GhostOps systems in connection with your engagement.

4 Data Security
GhostOps implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. GhostOps cannot guarantee absolute security and is not liable for security incidents caused by third-party platform vulnerabilities, client-side security failures, or events outside GhostOps' reasonable control.
5 Third-Party Platforms
To deliver services, GhostOps may operate within third-party platforms including but not limited to HubSpot, Make.com, Stripe, and Supabase. These platforms have their own privacy policies and data practices, which govern their handling of your data.
GhostOps is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party platforms you use in connection with GhostOps services.
6 Confidentiality
GhostOps treats all client business data, system configurations, and operational information as confidential and proprietary. We will not disclose your confidential information to any third party except as necessary to provide services or as required by applicable law. This obligation survives termination of services.
7 Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights with respect to your personal data, including the right to:
- Request access to or a copy of your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (see Section 3)
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your data

8 Changes to This Policy
GhostOps may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of GhostOps services following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
